I'm interested to hear what you think of the happiness project. It's been a few years since I read it, but I remember really liking it.
i liked it too! what i really liked was that she did real research in addition to talking to people and doing her own experiments. i do love me some statistics!
i think i'm a generally pretty happy person anyway, and there are a lot of things she mentions that i already do (thank goodness!). but there are certainly a lot of room for improvement. not so much for me to happier myself, or even to be a "good person". but it's true that your mood really affects the people you're with. and i don't want to be a constant downer or aggravater to anyone.
what was your take away? anything in particular you wanted to work on?
it's funny, but there's this one section about how to raise your kids (kinda) in there and i thought you when i read it. i knew you read the book before and wanted to suggest you read it again, but it'll be while yet that you'll actually need this info and it's not for raising babies.
